These Terms also apply to our official social media channels, including TikTok, Facebook, X f/k/a Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram (our “Social Media Sites” and together with this website, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Nashville Cats Beverages, LLC (“Nashville Cats Cocktails,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time. From time to time, we may post updates or modifications to these Terms, and we will update the “Last Updated” date set out above.   • where alcohol is sold (if/when offered), sales are restricted to 21+, may require adult signature, and may be limited to jurisdictions where permitted by law.

  • use the Site in violation of law (including alcohol-related laws and regulations);

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed $100.

10 Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflicts principles. Any dispute not subject to an enforceable arbitration agreement (if adopted) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
